Our Perspective
Our goal is to make you think— to encourage you to look deeper, to confront the issues and realities you might not usually think or know about. We want to put problems, emotions, and real-life moments in front of you — from loss, love, and identity to anger, purpose, and hope. We want you to sit with those things. To compare them to your own life. To ask questions. To reflect.
We’re not here to give you answers — we’re here to push thought. We want you to think freely, but think relatively and carefully. Not just react, but reflect. Not just speak, but listen. Not just accept, but challenge. We want people to have their own view on life while still having a relative understanding and agreement with others.
Because when more people start thinking for themselves to benefit them and others — deeply and intentionally — that’s when real “change”begins. That’s when new ideas are born. That’s when perspectives shift, questions are asked, and communities grow. So how do you view that!?
Together, we are YBP. Through every design and graphic it reflects real problems, real experiences, and the truths they and many others have lived. These aren’t just clothes — they’re conversations, thought processes, opinions, a perspective. Each piece represents our perspective on life, the world, and the struggles, triumphs that come with being young, black, and trying to figure a way through.
This is Young Blacks Perspective. This is our perspective!! So what's yours?
